Set Up Claude Skills for Board Meetings in 5 Minutes

  1. Turn on code execution. In claude.ai, open Settings ‚Üí Capabilities and switch on code execution and file creation.
  2. Upload a skill. Go to Customize ‚Üí Skills ‚Üí Upload a skill. Start with 00-plan-your-board-prep-route; the cheat sheet shows the rest.
  3. Ask in plain words. Paste one of these to get started:
"Here are the items people want on next month's agenda. Build an agenda that ends in decisions, with a consent agenda and timings."
"Here are my meeting notes. Draft the minutes and list the action items with owners and dates."
